Strong infrastructure is the foundation of a strong community. Whether you're driving to work, walking to school, cycling through town, or simply travelling around Huntsville, safe and well-maintained infrastructure affects all of us every day.
As Huntsville continues to grow, we must invest responsibly in the roads, sidewalks, and public infrastructure that keep our community connected while ensuring taxpayers receive value for their investment.
As your Ward Councillor, I will advocate for:
🛣️ Supporting continued investment in roads and critical infrastructure to meet the needs of our growing community.
🔧 Supporting proactive repairs and preventative maintenance to address issues before they become larger and more costly, helping protect taxpayer dollars over the long term.
📱 Enhancing the Town's online "Report a Concern" portal to include pothole reporting, making it easier for residents to identify issues and helping the Town respond more efficiently.
🚶 Supporting the implementation of Huntsville's Sidewalk Master Plan to improve pedestrian connectivity, safety, and accessibility throughout our community.
Investing in infrastructure isn't just about fixing what's broken—it's about planning for the future. By maintaining our existing assets, making smart investments, and improving communication with residents, we can build a Huntsville that is safer, more connected, and prepared for the years ahead.
I'd love to hear from you. What road, sidewalk, or infrastructure improvement would make the biggest difference in your neighbourhood?
